Cohesive & Co ranks customer satisfaction as our most important goal and we want you to always be fully satisfied with every item purchased from our site. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns for a direct refund, or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
All returned merchandise must be received by Cohesive and Co. within 30 days of customer receiving the item.
The returned item must have its original tags attached.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
REFUNDS:
Upon receiving the returned item, Cohesive and Co. will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the shipping charge. Cohesive and Co. will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Cohesive and Co. (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). Cohesive and Co. will attempt to contact the customer for a period of 30 days before the item is then refunded back to the customer minus the shipping charge.
EXCHANGES:
We at Cohesive and Co. want to make sure you get items that not only fit your style, but also fit in general. If for any reason you need a different size or you would like to exchange the item for something else simply send us an email at:
In the email please include your name, email used on the order, and order ID number in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer support team. Once you receive an RMA number simply mail item(s) along with a copy of your invoice with the RMA number written on it to:

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will take appropriate action (either refund or exchange) within 1-2 business days.
